Andrew Paul Davis is a filmmaker and musician from South Florida. He attended college at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, where he wrote and directed over a dozen short films and his debut feature film, Palace. He believes Indiana is a hidden gem of a filmmaker-backlot and the possibilities are endless here. He has utilized the state’s diverse topography to set short films from upstate New York to Georgia, and of course Indiana itself. He lived in Bloomington for a year where he completed post-production on Palace, participated in the inaugural Indiana Film Race, and led the Bloomington chapter of the Indiana Filmmakers Network.

His short film Maya, half-filmed in Indiana, has gone on to receive around 5 million views on YouTube.

Palace premiered at the 2018 Heartland International Film Festival. His sophomore feature Pompano Boy, shot in his Florida hometown, is currently in post-production.In October 2019, his debut LP was recorded in California with producer Bill Baird. The collection of twelve songs are slated for a June 2020 release. He plans to relocate to Chicago this summer to continue pursuing filmmaking, music and writing.
